History

The home was built around 1925 according to Zillow, and for its first known owners, it seems the first mention I can find of them in Llanerch is in 1925. The house was also built sometime after 1913, as it's not included in the 1913 Atlas of Haverford Township.

Margaret Davis lived in the home at least as late as 1954. Although I don't believe she owned the home (either a renter or a lodger), retiree Beatrice Simmons lived in the home in 1971, as evidenced by her submission to the "Soap box" section of the paper.

Kathleen and Robert Elias purchased the home in 1989 for $150,000. Kathleen operated Simcha Quilts, a quilting business. In 2003, they sold the home for $337,000.
